There are four primary roles in the Alexicom Tech System:
 
Users
Users may access the demo pages, public pages, and their personal pages online. They do not have the ability to edit, copy, or publish pages.
 
Page Authors
Page authors have access to authoring tools and may edit, copy, and publish pages for themselves and all user accounts under their management.
 
Account Managers
Account managers maintain user accounts. Account managers may assign usernames, passwords and page authors for each of their user accounts. They may transfer page authoring responsibility to other page authors.
 
Account Administrators
Account administrators supervise page author accounts and user accounts within their group. Admins may monitor page author activities including user account creation, page creation, and page author assignments. Admins may reset page author passwords and shift user account allotments between page authors in their group.

In this example, the account owner has one single-user account and one 10-user account. The account manager is changing a user's password in the 10-user account. This is also where an account manager may assign another page author to work on a user's pages.
